In August 2011, Thiess launched it's new health, safety and environment culture supported by Our HSE Culture Framework. The framework explains the expectations and role each of us play in creating a strong culture throughout our organisation. The video provides some background to the framework.
The video was part of the rollout of our initiative across all sites. It was then followed by discussions.
