The Murray Fox Leadership Award The Murray Fox Leadership Award seeks to encourage and enable highly motivated people within Thiess to develop their potential as future leaders.

We are look for exceptional people who, through their actions, make a notable and sustained difference in our organisation and who aspire to leadership positions.

With an annual grant of up to $20,000, the Award is open to all Thiess employees with more than two years service. The Award offers an opportunity to an individual to further his or her personal development and help achieve their career goals.

The funds may be used to cover course and conference fees, site visits and secondments as well as expenses related to travel and accommodation.
